Civil Justice Reform Task Force
The Supreme Court established the Civil Justice Reform Task Force on December 18, 2009, to develop a plan for a multi-option civil justice system. This plan shall include proposals for new court processes and improvements in current processes that will foster prompt, affordable and high-quality resolution of non-domestic civil cases. The Task Force shall report its findings, conclusions and recommendations to the court by June 30, 2011.
