Fine Collection Procedures, Practice and Rules Committee

This committee will review judicial branch fine collection activities and report back annually to the supreme court and judicial council.  Among other  responsibilities, the committee will evaluate and assess fine collection activities and procedures, examine ways to strengthen fine collection efforts, identify best practices that are both effective and an efficient  use of judicial branch resources, recommend uniform fine collection procedures for adoption as court rules, and develop materials and training programs for court employees and judges.
