Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Probate Procedures and Forms
The charge of the Advisory Committee on Probate Procedures and Forms is to foster the fair, prompt, and efficient disposition of probate cases. It will study Iowa's rules of procedure, recommend new rules and practices, and develop forms and instructions to be used by self-represented individuals in probate cases.
