Committee to Study Lawyer Advertising

The Iowa Supreme Court established a committee to study Iowa's lawyer advertising rules for the purpose of improving their effectiveness.  This committee was charged with assessing the efficacy of the current advertising rules and recommend whether to adopt ABA model rules new rules.
