Iowa Court of Appeals Oral Arguments 

The court of appeals convenes in Des Moines 8 times a year for oral argument sessions and on special occasions holds oral argument sessions in other locations around the state.  Oral arguments are open to the public. 

Oral Argument Calendar (2008) 

The Iowa Court of Appeals will be in session the following dates in 2008:  

January 14—17	September 9—11
March 3—5	October 7—9
April 22—24	November 18—20
