2009 Supreme Court Calendar (revised August 13, 2009)

The Iowa Supreme Court revised its 2009 calendar as shown below:

January 20—22

March 10—12

April 28—30 (cancelled due to budget cuts)

June 2—4 (previously June 16—18)

September 1—3

November 3—5

Opinion Filing Schedule

Opinions of the supreme court will be filed at 8:15 a.m. on Fridays except on holidays. A list of cases on which the supreme court is expected to rule will be filed at 8:30 a.m. on the Thursday preceding each opinion filing day.

Opinions will also be available in the supreme court clerk’s office for public inspection. Copies may be purchased from the clerk at 50 cents per page.
