State v. Kern
Defendant appeals from the district court judgment and sentence entered following a bench trial on stipulated minutes of testimony resulting in her convictions of conspiracy to manufacture a controlled substance (marijuana), manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and a drug tax stamp violation. See Iowa Code §§ 124.401(1)(d), 453B.12 (2011). Defendant contends the district court erred in overruling her motion to suppress, and in finding there was sufficient evidence in the minutes of testimony to support a finding of guilt on each charge.
