The oral argument in Varnum v. Brien, scheduled for 10 a.m. on December 9, will tentatively be broadcasted live on KCCI on digital channel 8.2, and on Mediacom channel 247 (in Mediacom's central Iowa market).  In the Cedar Rapids area, KCRG will be broadcast the proceeding live on digital channel 9.2, and on Mediacom channel 102.
