Allamakee County:           Mondays, Orders from 9-9:30 a.m. Court Services at 9:30 a.m.  

Black Hawk County:         8:30 to 9:30 a.m. & 3:30 to 4 p.m. Daily  

Buchanan County:            2nd, 4th & 5th Tuesdays, Orders 9-9:30 a.m. Court Services at 9:30 a.m.  

Chickasaw County:           Tuesdays, Orders from 9-9:30 a.m. Court Services at 9:30 a.m.  

Clayton County:               Tuesdays, Orders from 9-9:30 a.m. Court Services at 9:30 a.m.  

Delaware County:             Mondays, Orders from 9-9:30 a.m. Court Services at 9:30 a.m.  

Dubuque County:              8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Daily  

Fayette County:               Mondays, Orders from 9-9:30 a.m. Court Services at 9:30 a.m.  

Grundy County:                1st, 3rd  & 5th Mondays, Orders 9-9:30 a.m. Court Services at 9:30 a.m.

Motions Days:  

The designated Court Session day in each court is also hereby designated as Motion Day at which time all pending motions which have been on file for not less than 14 days will be submitted to the Court for ruling without further hearing or arguments, unless a request to be heard orally is then on file, in which event the Court may set the motion for hearing at its discretion.  The term "motion" shall include all motions, applications, and requests for Court whether civil or criminal. They must be in writing, served upon the opposing parties and in substantially the same form as pleadings.
