June 29, 2012. The case, Bierman v. Weier, #10-1503, is held over for additional briefing by
the parties and is bound over for resubmission during the 2012-13 term of court
beginning September 1, 2012.
The
remaining filing dates for the cases submitted during the 2011-12 term are July
6, July 13, July 20, and July 27, 2012. The 2012 administrative term of court
begins July 2, 2012, and concludes August 31, 2012.
