General case description: Plaintiff in negligence action arising from motor vehicle accident appealed from a summary judgment entered in favor of defendant owner of a trailer involved in the collision. The court of appeals affirmed the district court's finding that the trailer, which was being pulled by a farm tractor at the time of the accident, was not a motor vehicle for purposes of Iowa Code section 321.493 (2003). Plaintiff seeks further review.
