Juvenile Court Services has temporarily moved from the Mohawk Square Building 22 N. Georgia Ave. Suite 101, Mason City, to the Cerro Gordo County Courthouse, 220 North Washington Avenue, Mason City, after the Mohawk Square Building roof collapsed during last weekend’s heavy rainfall. It is not known when the building will reopen to the public.
Juvenile court services serve Winnebago, Worth, Hancock, Mitchell, Franklin, and Cerro Gordo counties from the sub-district office in Mason City. All meetings scheduled with a juvenile court officer will temporarily be moved to the basement of the Cerro Gordo County Courthouse. Juvenile court services staff members may be reached at the Cerro Gordo Courthouse and on their work cell phone.
