At the court hearing on the Temporary Protective Order:
- You must provide information about the harm, injury, threats to harm, or threats to injure described in your Petition. This information may include medical reports, witnesses, recordings, and photographs. If you do not know how to do this, see “What if I do not understand how to do this?”
- The defendant can also provide information and ask you or your witnesses questions about what you have told the court.
- You can ask the defendant and the defendant’s witnesses questions about they told the court.
