Beginning in 1998, the Court of Appeals on special occasions holds oral argument sessions, or "Appeals on Wheels," in other locations around the state. To date, the court has held arguments in all eight of Iowa's judicial districts, 22 different Iowa counties and 33 different locations, and it plans to visit more counties and locations in the future.
