Ryan Stockbauer appeals his convictions for operating while intoxicated and possession of methamphetamine. OPINION HOLDS: Because the record is inadequate to assess the merits of the ineffective-assistance claims, we uphold the conviction but preserve the ineffective-assistance claims for possible postconviction-relief proceedings.
