Kenyatta Harlston appeals the district court’s dismissal of his second application for postconviction relief, claiming “current PCR counsel was ineffective for failing raise [the claim that] prior PCR counsel was ineffective for not raising issues raised in this PCR.” Harlston also raises several pro se claims.
