Magistrate Ann M. Troge was re-appointed to serve as Floyd County Magistrate in 2024 after serving as Magistrate from 1994-2013. She earned her undergraduate degree in 1985 from the University of Northern Iowa and her law degree from Drake University Law School in 1992. Magistrate Troge has been in a private law practice since 1992. She has also served as the Floyd County Probate Referee for many years. She is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and the Floyd County Bar Associations. She intends to become a member of the Iowa Magistrate Association.
