Magistrate Ethan Epley was appointed to serve Bremer County in 2017. He earned his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University in 2002 and his law degree from Drake University Law School in 2009. Magistrate Epley started his career as a solo practitioner in Shell Rock Iowa. He became a partner in the Stumme & Epley Law Firm in 2011 and is currently a partner at Stumme, Collins, Gritters & Epley in Waverly and Denver. He is a member of the Bremer County Bar, the Iowa State Bar Association and the Iowa Magistrate Association.
