Judge Tofilon was appointed to the bench in 2019. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in 2002 and his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2005. Judge Tofilon served as an assistant county attorney and worked in private practice. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and the Webster County Bar Association.
