Magistrate Neven Conrad, was appointed to serve Humboldt County in 2022. He earned his undergraduate degree from Iowa Central Community College and the University of Northern Iowa and his law degree from Drake University Law School in 2013. Magistrate Conrad remains in private practice as well.
