Angela Kayl was appointed to serve as the Monona County Magistrate in 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Bellevue University in 2001 and her law degree from Thomas Cooley Law School in 2006. She has been in private practice since 2006. She is a member of the Iowa Bar Association.
