Judge Bennett Finn was appointed as a district associate judge in August of 2025. She received her undergraduate degree from Drake University in 2002 and her Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School in 2006. Prior to her appointment to the bench, Judge Bennett Finn was in private practice in Estherville. She is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association.
