Magistrate Jesse A. Render, Missouri Valley, was appointed to serve Harrison County in 2005. He received his undergraduate degree from Iowa State in 1996 and his law degree from Creighton in 2004. Render served as a law clerk in District 4 before going into private practice. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association.
