Magistrate Justin D. Hockenberry, Anita, was appointed on July 12, 2015 to serve Cass County. He earned his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University in 2006 and his law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2009, where he currently maintains a private practice. Magistrate Hockenberry previously worked in private practice in Omaha, Nebraska before joining the Cambridge Law Firm in Atlantic, Iowa in 2013. He is a member of the Cass County Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the Iowa Magistrate Association.
