Magistrate Adam D. Hanson, Winterset, was appointed to serve Madison County August 1, 2009. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with his bachelor's degree in 2004, magna cum laude and earned his law degree from Drake University Law School in 2007. Adam has worked in general practice. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Polk County Bar Association, Madison County Bar Association and Iowa Magistrate Association. Hanson is married.
