Magistrate Gina Burress, De Soto, was appointed to serve in Dallas County in 2021. She earned her undergraduate degree from Augustana University in 2005, and her law degree from Western Michigan University in 2010. Magistrate Burress is also employed by the Carr Law Firm in Des Moines, She is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Dallas County Bar Association, and Blackstone Inn of Court. She is an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and is married to her husband, Michael.
