Magistrate Kristian M. Lehmkuhl, Osceola, was appointed to serve Clarke County in August 2006. He received his undergraduate degree from Lawrence University in 1966 and earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2002. Lehmkuhl has worked in private practice in Osceola since 2004 and is also currently teaching Business Law at Southwestern Community College. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, American Bar Association (Pro Bono committee, Affordable Housing committee), Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law. Lehmkuhl is married.
