Magistrate Beckenbaugh of Bettendorf, Iowa, was appointed to serve Scott County in September of 2021. He attended The University of Iowa for both his undergraduate degree in English (2012) and his Juris Doctor degree (2015). Magistrate Beckenbaugh is a co-president of the Dillon Inn of Court, serves on the Executive Council of the Scott County Bar Association, and has a solo practice with an office located in Davenport, Iowa.
