Judge Milani, Moravia, was appointed district court judge in August of 2018.
He graduated from Drake University in 1982 and earned his law degree from Drake University in 1987. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Wapello County Bar Association and the Appanoose County Bar Associate and has been in private practice since 1987. Judge Milani was appointed to serve Appanoose County as magistrate in 2013.
