Magistrate Kevin S. Maughan, Albia, was appointed to serve Monroe County in 1997. He graduated from Grand View College with his bachelor's degree in 1984 and earned his law degree from Drake University in 1987. He has been in the general practice of law since 1988 and is a member of the Monroe County, Iowa State, and American Bar Associations.
