In the Matter of Adopting Amendments to the Continuing Legal Education Requirements in the Iowa Court Rules (October 24, 2019)

Chief Justice Cady has signed an order amending the continuing legal education (CLE) requirements in Iowa Court Rules chapter 41, Continuing Legal Education for Lawyers, and chapter 42, Continuing Legal Education Regulations, effective January 1, 2020. The amendments modify the ethics requirements from January 1, 2021 onward.
