Chief Justice Christensen has signed an order adopting amendments to the registration of house counsel provisions in rule 31.16, and striking rule 41.3(3), eliminating the cap on unmoderated CLE credits.

Chief Justice Christensen has signed an order adopting amendments to the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct in chapter 32 of the Iowa Court Rules, effective January 1, 2021.
