Chief Justice Christensen has signed an order approving updates to Iowa Court Rule 17.300 and the forms for an Iowa Child Support Modification, effective immediately. The updated forms will be available on the Iowa Judicial Branch website in fillable and savable .pdfs.

Chief Justice Christensen has signed an order approving amendments to the Chapter 25 Expanded News Media Coverage forms in Iowa Court Rule 25.10. Form 1, News Media Coordinator’s Notice of Request for Expanded News Media Coverage of Trial or Proceeding, and Form 4, News Media Coordinator’s Notice of Request for Expanded News Media Coverage of Appellate Court Proceeding, now include an option for designating “livestreaming” in coverage of courtroom proceedings.
