Case No. 16-0575

State of Iowa
v.
K’Von James Henderson

On appeal from his conviction for robbery in the first degree, the defendant argues: (1) the district court improperly denied his trial counsel’s mid-trial motion for judgment of acquittal; and (2), alternatively, his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to argue there was insufficient evidence that the defendant conspired to commit robbery with a gun.
