Case No. 16-0624

First American Bank and C.J. Land, L.L.C.
v.
Fobian Farms, Inc., Hoover Highway Business Park, Inc., and Gateway, Ltd.

The court of appeals previously remanded this case to the district court to make required specific findings and reconsider the amount of sanctions. After the district court entered its ruling on remand, the appellants appealed arguing the district court abused its discretion on remand. The court of appeals treated the notice of appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari and annulled the writ, finding no erroneous applications of law.
