Case No. 16-1419

Jodi Lynn Erpelding
v.
Timothy John Erpelding

Petitioner appealed and respondent cross-appealed from provisions of the decree dissolving the parties’ marriage. The court of appeals affirmed as modified and remanded. Respondent seeks further review, arguing that the court of appeals erred by affirming the award of split care of the parties’ minor children and by increasing spousal support for the petitioner. Respondent also contends the court of appeals erred by remanding the case for an award of attorney fees and costs to petitioner on the grounds the provision in the parties’ prenuptial agreement waiving such fees and costs violates public policy.
