Case No. 16-1884

Tina Elizabeth Lee
v.
The State of Iowa and The Polk County Clerk of Court

Plaintiff appeals the amount of the district court award of attorney fees and expenses entered on remand following her appeal in Lee v. State, 874 N.W.2d 631 (Iowa 2016). Plaintiff contends the court erred by awarding only sixty percent of her requested attorney fees and by not awarding her at least sixty percent of her litigation expenses incurred in seeking relief from defendants’ violations of the self-care provision of the Family Medical Leave Act.
