Case No. 17-0151

Michelle R. Skadburg
v.
Gary Gately and Whitfield and Eddy, PLC

On appeal from the dismissal of her legal malpractice action, the plaintiff argued the district court erred in finding it was time barred. The court of appeals reversed, concluding there was a genuine issue of material fact as to when the plaintiff knew of the cause of action. The defendants sought further review and argue the court of appeals erred in using the continuous representation rule to toll the statute of limitations. The supreme court granted the application for further review.
