Case No. 17-0920

In the Interest of L.H., Minor Child

The State seeks further review after the court of appeals reversed the juvenile court’s dispositional order that confirmed the adjudication of L.H. as a child in need of assistance. The State argues the court of appeals erred by reversing the juvenile court’s adjudication of L.H. as a child in need of assistance when the father has a documented history of child abuse against L.H.’s sibling, and the record suggests another incident of abuse against L.H.’s mother.
