Case No. 17-1901

State of Iowa
v.
Kenneth L. Lilly

Kenneth Lilly appeals from his conviction for robbery in the first degree. Lilly argues the all-white jury pool was not a fair cross-section of the community and thus violated his right to an impartial jury. Lilly further argues there was insufficient evidence to prove he aided and abetted a first-degree robbery and that he was denied effective assistance of counsel.
