Marriage of Matthew Tait Miller and Karri Ann Miller

Petitioner appealed and respondent cross-appealed from the property provisions of the district court decree dissolving the parties’ marriage. The court of appeals modified the decree as to the amount of petitioner’s Roth IRA awarded to respondent, but otherwise affirmed. Petitioner seeks further review.

            Matthew Miller appeals and Karri Miller cross appeals the district court’s property provisions of the dissolution decree.  OPINION HOLDS: We affirm all aspects of the dissolution decree except that we modify the amount of Matthew’s Roth IRA to be awarded to Karri.
