Case No. 20-1319

W.M. and W.D.,

The mother seeks appeal of the juvenile court’s September 28, 2020 permanency order, the State seeks appeal of the final orders entered on September 28, 2020 in the termination-of parental-rights and child-in-need-of-assistances cases, and the father seeks appeal of the September 28, 2020 termination-of-parental-rights order. The father, who is incarcerated, argues his notice of appeal should be deemed timely as the circumstances for the delay were 20-1319 beyond his control. The father further argues the appellate court may exercise its inherent authority to grant the motion for delayed appeal.
