Case No. 21-1068

Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board
v.
John Karl Fischer

The respondent contends the Grievance Commission erred in (1) concluding Fischer’s conduct was prejudicial to the administration of justice and (2) finding Fischer withdrew unearned fees from a client’s account and he misappropriated client funds without a colorable future claim. In addition, Fischer contends the recommended sanction is not supported by the evidence and the Commission failed to consider all relevant factors.
