Appellant appeals a district court order directing that funds deposited by a customer into appellant’s Bitcoin ATM kiosk and later seized by law enforcement during a criminal investigation be returned to the customer. Appellant contends the district court erred in finding that the contract between appellant and the customer was voidable due to third-party duress and in failing to order the return of the funds to the appellant.
