Jose Lopez appeals from his conviction for indecent exposure in violation of Iowa Code section 709.9. Lopez argues his attorney was ineffective in failing to properly challenge the sufficiency and weight of the evidence and in failing to object to jury instructions. Lopez further claims the court imposed an illegal sentence when it ordered Lopez to pay the $100 surcharge pursuant to Iowa Code section 911.2B.
