John Ness appeals from his conviction for operating while intoxicated, third offense, in violation of Iowa Code section 321J.2. Ness argues the district court erred in admitting the results of a preliminary breath test during his jury trial. Alternatively, he argues trial counsel was ineffective in failing to properly object to the admission of the results.
