Case No. 17-1971

Larry D. Eisenhauer
v.
The Henry County Health Center, James Widmer, and Family Medicine of Mt. Pleasant, P.C

Plaintiff conservator appeals from the district court judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of defendants and dismissing claims for medical malpractice in connection with T.D.’s birth. Plaintiff contends the district court erred in (1) refusing to instruct the jury on certain specifications of negligence, (2) precluding the conservator from introducing evidence on defendants’ training and medical education, (3) allowing defendant doctor to testify on undisclosed expert opinions, and (4) granting overly broad motions in limine and restricting the jury’s access to the DVD of T.D.’s birth.
