Case No. 18-0599

Wells Fargo Equipment Finance Inc.
v.
Jason Retterath and Analia Retterath

Jason and Analia Retterath appeal from a ruling granting summary judgment in favor of Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, Inc. (WFEFI) and dismissing the Retterath’s petition to vacate a charging order granted to WFEFI. The Retteraths argue the district court erred in concluding: (1) Iowa law applied to the parties’ dispute, (2) a tenancy by the entirety ownership was not established under Florida law, (3) the foreign judgments were properly registered and the charging order properly issued, and (4) in concluding there were no due process grounds for vacating the charging order.
