The respondent contends (1) there was no longer a pending or contemplated litigation when he advanced or disbursed funds to one of his clients, (2) the Grievance Commission findings of fact should be supplemented to include evidence respondent retained a certified public accountant and a certified quick books consultant to oversee the accounting of respondent’s client trust account, (3) he made reasonable efforts to comply with Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct 32:5.3(a), and (4) the evidence does not establish he violated rule 32:1.15.
