Following the remand ordered in State v. Williams, 929 N.W.2d 621 (Iowa 2019), defendant appeals the district court order denying his motion for new trial. Defendant contends the court erred in rejecting his Sixth Amendment claim that ineffective jury management practices resulted in African-Americans being underrepresented on his jury pool.
